How can I return my package?
If you don't like the product for any reason or are not satisfied with it, you have the opportunity to return the product within 14 days. We can only accept returns of products in their original condition. You can read more about the conditions for returning and the exact process of returning here.

Do I need a user account to make a purchase?
No, you have the option to place a quick order without an actual registration. Despite the simple and quick ordering process, it's advisable to register. You can register even after adding products to the cart.
Is there an option to add or remove products from my order before it is dispatched?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to modify orders after they have been placed.
What should I do if I receive an incomplete package or a defective product?

How is the money-back guarantee enforced?
If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered or for some reason, you have the option to make use of our money-back guarantee, which can be requested within 14 days from the receipt of the package. It's important to note that we can only accept returns of unused products, so please notify us immediately at support@monteen.eu if you wish to utilize the money-back guarantee. Our staff will strive to respond to you as soon as possible with the exact steps to take.
What warranty applies to MONTEEN wallets?
We offer a 3-year warranty on our products, under which we will replace them at any time if the issue arises due to a product defect. From the receipt of the order, we provide a 14-day period for withdrawal and refund of the product price. Beyond 14 days, only product exchange is possible.
